    We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to join our tight-knit cross-disciplined creative team. You'll have gleaned your experience agency side, operating as a digital native you'll be fluent in digital-first multi-channel creative solutions.

    You’ll bring an entrepreneurial view to creative challenges, and have a wide range of skills and interests along with a successful track record in designing rich user experiences across websites, interfaces applications and social channels for a wide range of brands.

    Alongside producing design work yourself, you will be tasked with leading on big design ideas and working to help create successful creative strategies for a wide range of client projects, so a keen knowledge of cutting edge digital technology, products and services is key.

    We’re looking for an individual who can demonstrate industry leading experience across a range of digital mediums; responsive design, mobile, apps, digital products and social campaigns.

    REQUIREMENTS

    You should be a highly creative Creative Lead who can demonstrate:

    • 3 years + agency experience as a Digital Designer with 2+ years in a creative leadership role
    • Impressive portfolio of work showing UI design
    • Strong in conceptualising big ideas and leading on designing digital experiences across different platforms
    • Leadership of the collaboration between UX, UI and Front-end Dev teams to create enriching experiences
    • Guru knowledge of Adobe CC, Sketch, Principle etc
    • In depth knowledge of the effect of human behaviour on social media, user-experience design processes and technology on design solutions

    SOFT SKILLS

    • An excellent team player, and an effective collaborator
    • Ability to give clear, innovative design direction
    • Excellent, refined attention to detail
    • Ability to produce compelling creative presentations to present design solutions
    • Confident in presenting/justifying design direction to clients

  • Digital Project Manager / Producer

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    At Catch we specialise in long term partnerships with our clients. We call our Project Managers “Producers” because they serve as point of contact for clients and are very much hands-on with exceptional client facing and project management skills.

    You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and will work with them throughout their partnership with Catch. You will be creatively and strategically involved from concept through to completion with a keen focus on on time, on budget delivery, working collaboratively with creative, technical and strategic talent.

    As a Producer you’ll be responsible for managing projects and relationships with your clients across multiple disciplines, from strategy, to content marketing, to design and build.

    You will have a strong track record in successfully managing project teams, and a history of timely delivery and a strong budget control.

    You will have an understanding of different project management methodologies including Agile, Kanban and Lean delivery.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    STRATEGY

    • Ensure client briefs are properly interrogated and fleshed out
    • Scoping and specification of client requirements, ensuring consistent added value
    • Work to actively develop new opportunities with clients
    • Engage with clients to ensure a strong partnership

    MANAGEMENT

    • Estimate timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion
    • Identify and manage project risks
    • Deliver proposals, SOWs and project timelines
    • Manage any third parties

    COMMERCIALS

    • Manage account profit and loss
    • Manage the change control procedure
    • Set and agree budgets with clients

    COMMUNICATION

    • Serve as both agency and client advocate
    • Serve as the main point of contact for your clients

    • Manage multiple client stakeholders

    • Senior PHP Developer based on-site in our London office, with opportunities to work on client-site in Central London
    • 5 years (post-grad) professional agency/client-side experience
    • Integral in the production of new client projects + the smooth running of existing ones
    • Part of a team of 10 full-time open-source developers, reporting to Tech Director
    • Project leadership from a technical perspective
    • Mentorship of junior team members

    REQUIREMENTS

    Key Skills...

    • Experience working with MVC frameworks such as Symfony
    • Custom module development for Drupal 7 & 8
    • Experience creating and consuming Web Services using both SOAP & REST APIs
    • Good database knowledge including MySQL / PostgreSQL
    • Write clean, testable, reusable and well documented code
    • Client facing, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
    • Bringing new ideas and techniques to the team

    Highly desirable...
