Objective

With over 580,000 clients worldwide with which ADP need to communicate with and share information on a daily basis, the company needed to consolidate all their information offerings, updates and links into one easily accessible place, the ADP Portal. ADP consulted Catch to help create the idea and information flow for what the portal will offer, along with the creative design. With the huge global user base it was imperative that the portal design was as accessible and intuitive as possible.

Solution

Through close consultation with ADP, Catch was able to aid in incorporating the portals business and marketing goals while catering to the user. We begin with a content inventory, creating a catalogue of the content that was to exist on the portal. This then enabled us to create a complete wireframe prototype of the site before the design stage even began.

Result

With search functionality and advice tailored to individual user log-in credentials, the finished article even offers the user customised news items dependent on their sector. The portal is currently used globally.
