Objective

Homes by Frontier needed their first website produced to set them apart from other domestic developers. It was important to get across that they may be new, but they have a wealth of experience behind them being borne out of the success of their sister company Frontier Estates, which has been creating retail and commercial developments since 1996.

The site needed to be appealing and user-friendly, and closely reflect the companies' personable nature and vision to "create places for you to live in locations that you will be proud to call home". A difficult task indeed as when we began their three residential developments were just beginning the development process, and as such no imagery existed.

Solution

A full-screen Flash experience powered by the latest release of the Catch CMS, ensuring the site is as quick and simple as possible to update was designed and developed. Through creating "scenes" reflecting interiors to give over the personable nature of the company with swish transitions to get across a first-rate feel.

High production values run right through the site from front-end to back-end. This is the first site we've built on our CMS platform with a full Flash front-end. The CMS system is part of a wider CRM system that Catch are rolling out for Homes by Frontier during 2008. This will enable sales staff on-site in marketing suites to take customer details and update prices. The system is being built to ensure sales automation, financial management and website management sit on a single platform.

Result

The design of the site successfully encapsulates all the Homes by Frontier brand values, reflecting the company's professionalism, integrity and personalised approach to property development and reinforcing its commitment to establishing sustainable communities for their clients.

We are currently building a suite of development microsites containing all the information you could need regarding the properties available, down to detailed floor-plans and real-time price and availability alongside the CRM system.
