Overview

With such a high standard of facilities provided on every scheme, iQ has created a new individualised approach to student accommodation and required an overhaul of their website that would build upon the solid foundation of their previous digital marketing and continue to focus their online brand directly at their target audience.

The prime objective was to drive enquiries to the nine site-specific sales teams and the online booking engine. In order to do this we had to ensure the site was highly visible to search engines and had an easy route to request a viewing, call back and sales information. The client also wished to retain in-house control over all aspects of the website and so needed a robust content management system to be incorporated.

Key Features

Search engine query "sniffer" enables the home page to display relevant content for the user based on their specific search terms.

Content management system allows for customisation of virtually all aspects of the website, allowing iQ to keep close control over their content, and their ongoing costs.

Results

In the first week following the launch, the new website returned the highest volume of bookings ever, by a high margin! The site continues to provide a consistent revenue channel for iQ and to act as an excellent resource for their internal sales team.
