Objective

With Lucida working hard to establish themselves via both on and offline marketing collateral, their existing website was not pulling its weight being little more a direct translation of existing printed promotional materials. Lucida required a web presence that would cement them as the authority on the annuity market, a website that could grow with the company as it gained in stature.

The Approach

Catch worked with Lucida to develop an e-communications strategy spanning their web based communication. We designed and built a site angled at becoming a "knowledge base", a complete pensions annuity resource. Featuring whitepapers, polls, surveys and an events calendar, each feature site allows users to subscribe via RSS for up to the minute content changes.

Lucidaplc.com is powered by our Catch CMS system, allowing the client complete content control via our WYSIWYG interface. Consequently we have been involved in developing this site at many levels. Some of these include, ongoing site development and maintenance, setting up pensions tools, contributing to multimedia, video and podcasting development.

Result

With the site now live, initial reactions are positive from the industry. Traffic is up 167% on the previous site, and with the site content growing on a month by month basis lucidaplc.com is set to become the pensions resource online.
