Objective

Frontier Estates required a powerful online marketing tool for it’s latest commercial development The Hub:MK in Milton Keynes. The Hub:MK is a dynamic development of offices, hotels, retail, cafes, bars/restaurants and apartments in the heart of Milton Keynes. It’s an established thriving business centre which has attracted many renowned companies to its centre including Loch Fyne, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Zizzi's, Jury's Inn and HSBC.

It was a requirement of the site to provide an online resource for those looking for information on what the Hub:MK has to offer, its location etc for the user, but it also needed to serve as a channel for its tenants wishing to promote their businesses.

Solution

We  designed and produced the site to offer a number of advanced features such as an interactive store finder, news and events blog and Google map integration. The site includes an interactive map and an SMS service where users can text a number to receive free priority passes via HTML email to the "the party on the piazza" event in September.

Result

The site has grown from strength to strength, offering the latest discount promotions from Sk:n to happy hours at Las Iguanas. The site currently enjoys over 9,000 visitors per month, peaking in November 2007 when Frontier welcomed Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh to officially open the Hub:MK.

The site enjoyed status as a "featured site" on the back of New Media Age magazine in 2007.
