Most viewed Facebook Live video success
We’re excited to have landed in The Drum's top 20 most viewed branded Facebook Live videos of 2016!
The video, which shot in at #9, was filmed back in July for our client Thomas Cook Airlines. It featured a surprise performance by Danny Beard to launch the airline’s partnership with Manchester Pride 2016. The video shows Danny’s dramatic entrance and song as passengers check into their flights at Manchester Airport on a Monday morning.
It was the first time the brand had used Facebook Live video and the colourful performance helped it be a viral success. Within minutes of going live, the video was featured on Reddit and was shared across multiple channels, which contributed to over 228,000 views and 5,437 interactions.
